In Italy, food isn’t just about recipes.
It’s about time spent together, shared meals, gestures, traditions, and emotions.

We’ll work together in my enclosed rooftop atelier with a great view of the hills of olive trees and vineyards

Course registration: minimum 2 people, maximum 8 people.
Lessons in Italian, English, or German.

Pasta & Ravioli

Well’ prepare 2 different types  of pasta from scratch: tagliatelle e ravioli, with 2 different sauces: tomatoes, garlic, chili and basel and butter with sage. All paired with  Valpolicella red wine

Lasagne & Tiramisu

I’ll guide you trough sheets of pasta, bolognese ragu, bechamel sauce, parmigiano reggiano and oven baking.Tiramisù is a dessert known throughout the world prepared with finger lady, coffee, mascarpone cheese and cacao. All paired with  sparkling Prosecco and Valpolicella red wine.

Bigoli in Salsa

Bigoli are a local Verona speciality: a kind of thick spaghetti  made with the ‘torcolo’ :  an ancient wood and bronze tool, which you have to ride ; bigoli are cooked with 2 different sauce: a creamy sauce made with oil,onions and anchovy and then tomatoes and basil sauce; not only a delicious dish but also a lot of fun! . All paired with  Valpolicella red wine.

Pizza Cooking Class

I’ll teach you the history of pizza, the tricks and secrets, the technique, and the ingredients to make it at home.
This is a hands-on experience, and you’ll learn how to prepare and cook it.
