Italian cuisine in a real Italian home, in Verona

Not a cooking school, but an authentic experience of Italian daily life, where food is tradition, family, and culture.

In Italy, food isn’t just about recipes.
It’s about time spent together, shared meals, gestures, traditions, and emotions.

This unique way of experiencing food has been officially recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

We’ll work together in my ground-floor studio, with a splendid view of the hills covered in olive trees and vineyards.
I’ll be waiting for you in my antique kitchen with its beamed ceiling and gleaming copper tableware.

Bigoli in Salsa

Bigoli are a local specialty of Verona: a kind of thick spaghetti made with a “torcolo,” an ancient wooden and bronze tool that you ride on a horse. Bigoli are cooked with two different sauces: a creamy sauce made with oil, onions, and anchovies, and a tomato and basil sauce. Not only is it delicious, but it’s also a lot of fun! Pair it all with Valpolicella red wine.
