Bigoli are a local Verona speciality: a kind of thick spaghetti  made with the ‘torcolo’ :  an ancient wood and bronze tool, which you have to ride ; bigoli are cooked with 2 different sauce: a creamy sauce made with oil,onions and anchovy and then tomatoes and basil sauce; not only a delicious dish but also a lot of fun! . All paired with  Valpolicella red wine.
